Leonie Mellinger is an actress and communication skills coach.

She is a graduate of the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. As an actor she has played many leading roles in television, film and theatre. 

Television includes: Miriam in DH Lawrence’s Sons and Lovers, the dual role of Angelica/Lily in David Lodge’s Small World, and The New Statesman with Rik Mayall.

Films include Doris Lessing’s Memoirs of a Survivor. In the theatre she played Perdita in Winters Tale and Lavinia in Titus Andronicus at the RSC (see acting pictures below).

In 2003, realising that she could use her skills from the acting world to help people from a non-performing background, she formed her own company teaching personal impact and communication skills. Her clients are international, and range from the worlds of business, finance, politics, law, academia and entertainment.

She is a Director of Women of the Year.
